Does Lynx pay for shipping?
Yes! Once you are ready to ship your devices, your account manager will send you a UPS shipping label via email. We can also schedule a UPS pick-up!
How long does it take to get paid?
We have a 5-day turnaround time after we receive your devices. At the end of the 5 days, a Final Purchase Order is sent to you for your review and approval. Once you approve, your check is put in the mail the following Monday.
What If I send in broken or damaged devices?
If we can guarantee that the data has been securely removed from the device, it still has value even if it is damaged. The provided Final Purchase Order will include these broken devices and their adjusted value for you to review and approve.
What if I do not agree with the Final Purchase Order?
If you disagree with the Final Purchase Order, we are confident that we can reach a resolution that will leave you satisfied no matter what. During the entire process, you can request to have your devices shipped back to you at our cost up until you approve the Final Purchase Order.
How do I check on my buybacks progress?
You are assigned a dedicated account manager that can update you on the status of your buyback as well as answer any questions you may have every step of the way. Please feel free to give us a call to check on the status of your buyback! (352) 680-0207
What is the minimum amount of device that I need to use Lynx?
No buyback is too small or too large! We now offer a personal device buyback process specially designed for individual devices.
What does Lynx purchase?
Lynx BuyBack purchases smartphones, flip phones, tablets, and personal Wi-Fi devices from all carriers. We purchase cracked screen devices as well as devices that may have more severe problems such as broken displays or faulty touch screens.
When does my quote expire?
Our quotes are valid for 30 days from the purchase order date.
