I have been working with Will and his staff for several years now. I have had other opportunities to go with other companies, however have chosen not to. Will and his team give me the best value for my phones. They are fair and fast. Our company will continue to use them because of their great customer service and quick response times. I have never been treated like a number. Each time I sell equipment to them, I get a nice handwritten thank you note to show how much they appreciate our business. I wouldn’t think about working with any other company.
Our department has used Lynx BuyBack now through 2 cycles of phone upgrades. The process has worked seamless from the quote, to shipment of phones (which they provide shipping labels) to payment. We found that they offered a very competitive price and will even pay well for phones with broken screens. If you are looking for a buyback company I would highly recommend Lynx.
